  • Removal of burr and spot-machining after cutting and sheet metaling.
  • For complex cut surface of metal mold (for plastic, press, casting).
  • Precision filing and wrapping finish of electrically discharged surface.

  • Precision filing can be done smoothly and effectively by ultra-fine reciprocating motion with 1mm amplitude and 12,000 vib./min. vibration.
  • Compact size, approx. 4cm in diameter and 800g in weight, allows easy operation with a single hand.
